Ok so I have been running around like a lunatic trying to get things done. My classroom is a mess and I have to get things cleaned up and put away. I plan on doing a lot of that on Thursday and Friday. I want to be done by Monday.

We won last night. I have a nice scrape on the back of my leg. I got kicked but for some reason it isn't a bruise. More like a rug burn. It is not that big of a deal but my cuff of my pants keeps rubbing it.

I am off to bookclub. Thins are going well. I just wish school were done already.

Monday

The economy is sure crazy. I have been watching the news and hearing about the prices of things. Starting out with an increase in gas of course, then food and now school services. So they will be charging more for school lunches and cutting back on the bus routes. The school stuff doesn't effect us, but it is sure interesting to see the squeeze happening everywhere. So far we have started shopping at winco instead of safeway and are eating out a lot less. It helps that we have a new winco nearby. I also think eating at home helps with the diet. I am hoping I can lose another 3-4 lbs before the party. The thing is though, my pants have gotten pretty baggy, but the weight on the scale doesn't reflect it too much. I think I am firming up.

I got a new wireless earpiece for my cell phone- yes this means I can look like a crazy person talking to myself. I can't stand to be in a store with someone near me yammering on their phone. Needless to say it is for the car only. A new law takes place July 1 and it will be over $200 ticket.

My game is at 8:20 tonight and tomorrow night I have bookclub. I made those mini chicken pot pies in a muffin pan for dinner and tomorrow night we are having shrimp salad. I like having weeks where I feel organized.

I have two days and 1.5 hours left of school. (with kids- i have meeting and stuff Friday and next week.)
