Friendships

Well here is a picture of Carolyn Falls, Jennifer Porter and me. Jen was in town and Carolyn came over. It was great seeing both of them. Jen and Carolyn had not seen each other since ninth grade.

Joelle is in Arizona with her friend Taylor and having a great time- sitting by a pool a lot but too busy to talk to Mitch or I much.

Mitch and I have been keeping busy. I am cleaning house a bit- plan on deep cleaning each room and getting rid of useless crap.

We have been going to the gym together- Mitch had me do legs one night and arms the next. My legs were sore today and I guess my arms will be sore tomorrow. I am taking some supplements and trying to do a cleansing/detox diet to hopefully kick start my diet which seems to plateaued. Hopefully it will work.
